Formación

• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical support skills in Medical Assisting and Patient Care.
• Experience in a Medical Office setting, including scheduling, patient intake, and workflow coordination.
• Ability to manage and update Medical Records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a commitment to respectful, inclusive patient care.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Certified Medical Assistant role based in Melbourne, FL. The Certified Medical Assistant will support providers by rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, and preparing patients for exams. Daily responsibilities include assisting with managing patient flow, and ensuring exam rooms are stocked and sanitized. The role also involves updating electronic medical records, coordinating referrals, communicating test results as instructed, and reinforcing patient education and follow-up instructions. The Certified Medical Assistant will collaborate with staff, providers, and front office personnel to maintain an efficient, safe, and patient-focused environment.

Qualifications
