Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio seeks a mission-driven Medical Assistant to join our North East Ohio Region in Bedford Heights, Old Brooklyn, and Rocky River health centers. This full-time role supports patients with compassionate clinical and administrative care.

The ideal candidate will have a CMA credential or completed MA program, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding HIPAA and quality patient service standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an advanced medical assistant training program or CMA credential.
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, judgment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; work well in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care and clinical support including vitals, patient prep, and exams.
• Assist with procedures, venipuncture, and waived lab tests.
• Educate patients on services, contraception options, funding, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain clean exam rooms, supplies, and comply with HIPAA and CLIA requirements.
