Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of related MA/CNA/EMT/ACA/PCA/Phlebotomy experience; new grads may be considered.
• Certification/registration (CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA) preferred; BLS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist physicians with patient care and rooming; communicate patient needs.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, chart management, and EPIC data entry.
• Provide patient information and referrals; maintain patient records and confidentiality.
• Ensure infection control; clean exam rooms and sterilize equipment as required.
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in patient-centered initiatives.
• Attend staff meetings and support quality improvement activities.
