Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited MA or Phlebotomy program.
• MA/CNA/EMT/ACA/PCA experience preferred.
• CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care and room patients.
• Schedule appointments and manage charts in EPIC.
• Provide patient information and referrals.
• Maintain patient records and respond to messages in EPIC.
• Perform phlebotomy and vital signs as applicable.
• Maintain infection control and clean exam rooms.
