Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to be the first point of contact for patient care, performing clinical duties and administrative tasks. The role includes taking vitals, administering vaccines, phlebotomy, and documenting in the EMR.

You will collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers within a patient‑focused care team. Requirements include completion of an accredited MA program with current certification, CPR, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Medical Assistant program school/training program and current certification as a Medical Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR Certified.
• TB screening required for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for patient care and administrative responsibilities.
• Perform clinical duties including vitals, medication administration, vaccines and phlebotomy as allowed by certification.
• Document patient information in the electronic medical records system and coordinate with Physicians and APs.
