• Assists during visits with vital signs, phlebotomy, and immunizations (if trained).
• Documents tasks in the EHR for proper billing and care continuity.
• Schedules diagnostic tests and verifies insurance, authorizations, and referrals.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and sterile equipment in the practice.
