Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a staffed Medical Assistant to support patient care in a fast-paced clinic. You will enter patient intake data and provider orders into the EMR, assist with forms and patient education materials, and maintain patient flow with strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, verifying patient information, handling calls, and ensuring exam rooms are clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including customer service.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Assist with forms and patient education materials.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Take and record patient vitals and verify information.
• Answer phones professionally and relay messages promptly.
• Ensure clean, stocked exam rooms and proper documentation.
