Qualificações

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, staff, and the public.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule and handle stressful health-related situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under general direction.
• Enter patient intake and provider orders into EMR.
• Request medical records and maintain patient charts with detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinical areas.
• Assist with instrument sterilization, specimen labeling, and deliveries.
• Administer injections and assist with basic procedures as directed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies.
