Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant certification from a recognized organization.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of MA experience in a physician's office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exam rooms, document vital signs and history.
• Perform medical assisting procedures to support care, comfort and safety of patients.
• Collect lab specimens, prepare for testing and document in the electronic health record.
• Assist with exams and procedures as directed by the physician/healthcare provider.
