Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and vital signs; document in EMR.
• Enter medication, labs, and radiology orders into EMR.
• Assist with in-office procedures and testing under supervision.
• Educate patients and caregivers as directed by providers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
