Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care for residents, assist with activities of daily living, and help administer prescribed medications within the scope of practice. The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing and completion of the Medication Aide Course.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Completed Medication Aide Course.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness within 60 days.
• Able to pass medication observations and cart audits.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain EMAR/MAR.
• Communicate resident needs to HCD and document in Daily Log.
• Re-order medications and coordinate with family as needed.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Attend medication trainings and in-services.
• Work with the nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
