Qualifications

• Must hold CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures for the position.
• Complete medication cart audits and document in EMAR/MAR on Daily Log.
