Qualifications

• Must have a valid state medication administration license (such as CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver).
• At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Coordinate medication re-orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
