Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license or meet state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate with pharmacies for re-orders/deliveries.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Promote independence and engage residents with companionship and activities.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Maintain open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
