Job summary

Pacific Living Centers, Inc. in Bend, OR is hiring a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide for full-time day shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, prepare medications after training, update records, and report health changes to supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean living environment, helping with meals, and supporting scheduled activities. Training provided; CPR/First Aid and Food Handler certifications are required or obtained during onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience with seniors preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handler certifications required (can be acquired during onboarding).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records in a timely manner per policy.
• Report changes in resident health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Assist with meals: prep, serving, and dining room assistance.
• Support daily activities and attend trainings as required.
