Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing in Texas.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to use LVN scope of practice as per the Texas Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Properly administer resident medication.
• Implement resident care plans in compliance with guidelines and physician orders.
• Assist nurse aides with resident care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' charts.
• Participate in shift report and adhere to safety policies.
