Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking an LVN to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our California facility. You will follow current standards and directives from supervisors while ensuring privacy and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include vital signs, wound care, catheter insertions, charting progress, and collaborating with CNAs. You will also participate in training and adhere to all facility policies and infection-control measures.

Qualificações

• Completion of LVN training from an accredited school or college.
• Valid LVN license in good standing.
• Valid CPR and BLS certification.
• IV Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily nursing care to residents in private settings according to standards.
• Checking vital signs and dressing wounds as directed.
• Inserting catheters and collecting lab samples as needed.
• Listening to residents and families and addressing questions/concerns.
• Accurate charting of resident progress notes and reporting changes to the nurse supervisor.
• Assisting and supervising CNAs and ensuring equipment is in good operating order.
• Monitoring residents at risk for falls and adhering to infection control policies.
• Completing in-service training and other assignments as requested by management.

Conhecimentos

English language proficiency

Formação académica

LVN training from accredited school/college

Valid LVN license in good standing

CPR and BLS certification

IV Certification is a plus
