Job summary

Cascadia EE LLC is seeking an LPN to provide patient-centered nursing care for elderly and acutely ill residents in a long-term care setting in Seattle. Under the direction of an RN, the LPN will integrate technical skills and clinical knowledge to support wellness and comfort for residents and their families.

The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with the health care team, medication administration, documentation, and participation in care planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist with care planning under RN supervision.
• Participate in resident evaluations, care planning, and communicate changes to the team and families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensure safety, document promptly.
• Assist with emergencies, including CPR, and notify physicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate narcotic and medication records and manage supply carts.
