Job summary

Cascadia EE LLC seeks an LPN to provide individual and family-centered nursing care under the direction of an RN for elderly, acutely ill, or injured residents. This role integrates technical skills and theory to meet residents' needs and supports prevention of illness, wellness maintenance and comfort.

Responsibilities include direct care, medication administration with supervision, coordinating with physicians and the health care team, and accurate documentation in the clinical record.

Qualifications

• Must have LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care under RN supervision and collaborates with the health care team.
• Assists with medication administration and treatment per physician orders.
• Documents resident status and care promptly in the clinical record per regulations.
• Participates in care planning, rounds with team members, and safety monitoring.
• Maintains narcotic records and medication inventory accuracy.
