Job summary

Cascadia EE LLC in Washington is seeking an experienced LPN to provide person-centered nursing care to elderly residents in a long‑term care setting under the direction of an RN. You will support medication administration, care planning, and physician coordination, document observations, and participate in rounds to ensure safety, quality of care, and timely responses to resident needs.

CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
• CPR certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care under RN supervision and according to scope of practice.
• Participate in resident evaluations, care planning, and rounds with the health care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Review, transcribe, communicate, and implement physician orders; obtain RN signature when required.
• Maintain accurate medication records and narcotics controls; report adverse drug reactions.
• Complete clinical admission paperwork for new admissions and assist with discharge processes.
