Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, high-quality resident outcomes.

Ideal candidates value hands-on resident care, teamwork, and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current NM LPN license in good standing.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and within scope.
• Obtain and monitor vital signs and other clinical data.
