Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing with the state.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric and assisted-living care practices.
• Familiarity with applicable state board and assisted-living regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, compassionate care to residents.
• Monitor health status and recognize changes in condition.
• Perform diabetic care including blood glucose checks and insulin administration.
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure best patient outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with family members and POAs.
