Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with RNs to assess resident needs and develop care plans.
• Participate in resident assessments, evaluations, and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Document resident care and interventions in line with regulations.
• Support medication management and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assist in emergencies and provide CPR when needed.
