You will provide licensed nursing services, administer medications, participate in admissions and care planning, and support clinical documentation and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year of experience in senior care or related field.
• English proficiency to communicate with staff and residents.
• Ability to perform nursing documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents following guidelines.
• Administer medications in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• May assist with admissions, assessments, and care/service planning.
• Track clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control) under supervision.
• Consult on health-related concerns with residents and families.
• Notify physicians and families of changes in health and document appropriately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
• Communicate with all departments and staff effectively.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Understand role in Safety & Disaster Plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
• May participate in discharges and clinical documentation as needed.
