Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an LPN to provide quality patient care under leadership. You will administer medications, assist with procedures, and help maintain equipment across facilities to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates graduate from an accredited LPN program, hold LPN licensure, and possess IV certification and BLS. Valid state driver’s license and travel between system facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or military equivalent.
• LPN licensure in state or compact state; required upon hire.
• IV Certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days; valid driver's license required for business use.

Responsibilities

• Greets and prepares patient for provider examination and treatment; performs general nursing care.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Assists provider with procedures and maintains equipment before/after procedures.
• Engages in patient/family teaching to improve outcomes.
• Monitors scheduling, answers inquiries, and maintains patient flow.
