Job summary

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Active Florida license for practical or vocational nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of DRC.
• Document care accurately and timely on MAR.
• Administer medications per physician orders and monitor reactions.
• Assist residents with self-care activities and daily living tasks.
• Maintain safe environment and confidentiality of resident information.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with physician and family as needed.
• Organize charts and ensure forms are complete and accurate.
• Respond to emergencies and life-threatening situations promptly.
