North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is seeking both full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team. Qualifications

• LPN licensure with MN Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Admit and discharge residents and monitor health changes.
• Maintain resident care plans and ensure HIPAA compliance.
