Mission Health: The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift.

This 195-bed Assisted Living with Dementia Care offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, on-site daycare at 50% discount, and daily pay options. Shift is 8:00am–4:30pm, every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiver with focus on resident well-being.
• Ability to advocate for residents and communicate with families.
• CPR certification and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Desire to work with elderly in assisted living and dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a 195-bed assisted living with dementia care.
• Monitor residents' health, administer medications, and document care.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Minnesota LPN license


• Current CPR certification


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations


• Desire to work with the elderly


• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
