Job summary

Minneapolis Health and Rehabilitation is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to deliver exceptional nursing care to residents. You will join a team of healthcare professionals and mentors, supported by a charge nurse, RN supervisor, and nursing leadership.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and participate in care planning. We value compassion, leadership, and ongoing professional development to advance your career within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care following policies and procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to RN Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and shift reports.
• Deliver professional services per facility guidelines.
