Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Gives and receives shift reports.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
• Directs CNA services on unit to ensure proper care.
• Performs resident assessments and reviews care plans.
• Takes vitals, administers meds and IV therapy as ordered.
• Documents care and resident responses.
• Completes admission, transfer and discharge forms.
• Addresses safety risks and maintains a safe environment.
• Reports on shift activities and care plan changes.
