Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment and CPR certification.
• Experience: prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions to inform treatment planning.
• Administers medications, including IV therapy if certified, and performs diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Counts controlled substances at shift start and adheres to safety procedures during health emergencies.
• Assists in procedures, implements nutrition and therapeutic diets, and documents nursing encounters using SOAP format.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training to maintain high-quality patient care.
