Wellpath in the United States is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in our facilities. You will contribute to assessment, planning, and education as part of a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients and contributes to treatment planning.
• Administers medications, including IV therapy (if certified), and performs diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Counts controlled substances at each shift, follows safety procedures and standard precautions, and responds to codes.
• Assists in procedures, implements nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and documents nursing encounters using SOAP.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training to maintain high-quality patient care.
