Job summary

Bethesda Health Group seeks a licensed practical nurse to join our team in Missouri. The role includes providing basic nursing care, assessing residents on admission and throughout, and collaborating with the IDT to update care plans.

You will document assessments, administer medications and IV fluids, and communicate changes using SBARR. Requirements include MO and IL LPN licenses, CPR/AED and IV certification, and 2+ years of nursing experience (3+ preferred).

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with MO and IL licenses.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• IV certification required.
• Minimum two years nursing experience; three years preferred.
• Willing to travel to all Bethesda communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing basis.
• Communicate changes in condition to IDT and residents/families.
• Document assessments accurately; update care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and timely; administer IV fluids.
• Maintain SBARR-based physician communication and escalate as required.
• Support care planning and participate in ongoing professional education.
• Ensure documentation is completed electronically and in writing.
