Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking an experienced LPN to provide basic nursing care, assess residents, and participate in care planning across Bethesda communities in Missouri and Illinois. You will administer medications, IV fluids, and coordinate with the IDT to ensure safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with MO/IL license current
• CPR/AED certification required or will obtain within 6 months
• IV therapy certification required
• Two years of nursing experience; long-term care preferred
• Willingness to travel and work at all Bethesda communities

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing
• Communicate changes to the IDT and families
• Accurately document assessments and care planning updates
• Administer medications and IV fluids safely and timely
• Perform nursing interventions per plan of care and physician orders
• Notify physicians using SBARR as needed
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards and confidentiality
• Complete minimum twelve hours of nursing-related continuing education
• Ability to work across multiple Bethesda locations and shifts
