The McKendree Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time, 7P-7A shifts in Hermitage, TN. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to support residents’ comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, new grads welcome

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort and daily activities
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, provide wound care
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and state/federal guidelines
• Track patient history, vitals, and condition
• Coach staff as needed
