Job summary

Apploi in Mt. Pleasant, TN is seeking an LPN to join a compassionate care team dedicated to residents' well-being and dignity.

You will provide bedside care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document care plans, coordinating with RNs and physicians. We offer quarterly micro raises up to 5.5% per year, a comprehensive benefits package, a 401K, shift differentials, DailyPay, uniforms, Mod Comp pay, and PTO with accruals for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state.
• At least one year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to residents, including personal hygiene maintenance.
• Record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respirations).
• Record health information and document care.
• Relay information between residents, RNs, and physicians.
• Administer oral medications and injections.
• Test blood sugar levels.
• Urinary catheter insertion and care.
• Wound care and dressing changes.
• Assist with personal hygiene.
• Monitor for changes in patients.
• Chart, document, and maintain medical records.
• Ask questions for clarification from RN.
