Qualifications
- Current LPN license in State required.
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Assist with resident comfort and safety.
- Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow all policies.
