Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in LTC or SNF preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents following standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor vital signs and clinical data; assist with wound care and other duties.
• Mentor staff as needed.
