Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support care planning and resident assessments.
• Supervise Medication Aides/Techs.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
