Job summary

Patewood Post Acute in Greenville, SC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in a collaborative, team-focused setting.

You'll administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding a safe and respectful environment. We offer competitive pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth across our Upstate network.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
Current CPR certification required.
Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
