Job summary

Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Needham, MA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Daily pay and competitive shift differentials are offered to support our compassionate, resident-focused care approach.

As an LPN, you will provide patient care per the plan of care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts (unencumbered).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per accepted standards and care plan.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and tests per plan and policies.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to supervise nurse/physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
