Job summary

North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Boston is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time or PRN roles. You will provide patient care per the plan of care, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

We offer daily pay, a pay range of $35-$45 per hour, and shift coverage from 7 am to 7 pm. The facility is a 100-bed sub-acute and long-term care center focused on compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per the plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans with the Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per policy.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
