Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN license in good standing with the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work beyond normal hours, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to assist in resident transfers using proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to standards.
• Follow facility policies and report changes in resident condition.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and daily hygiene care.
• Administer basic nursing procedures as required.
• Document care and maintain resident confidentiality.
• Assist in admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
• Ensure safety and assist with emergency evacuations.
