Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide licensed nursing services to residents, following our guidelines and applicable federal and state regulations. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and timely communication with physicians and families.

Key duties include medication administration, admissions assessments, care planning, health monitoring, emergency response, and education for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license current in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in compliance with Federal & State regulations.
• May handle admissions assessments and documentation.
• Develop and maintain acute and long-term care plans.
• Notify physicians and families of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
• Educate residents and staff on health-related topics.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist with discharges and clinical documentation as needed.
