Responsabilités

• Administers medications or starts intravenous fluids with accurate charting.
• Observes patients, reports changes, and takes necessary actions.
• Measures vital signs and records outputs and intake.
• Provides basic care such as wound care, catheterizations, and routine assessments.
• Collaborates with the health care team to plan and adjust patient care.
