Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire State LNA license.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities of daily living and personal care under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Perform technical skills and procedures relating to physical, mental health and social needs under RN supervision.
• Document care provided and report RN observations of patient status and basic data.
• Adhere to safe patient handling policy.
• Demonstrate time management skills.
• Maintain patient care areas for cleanliness, safety and supplies.
• Receive delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Perform job-specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
• Serve as a preceptor for new employees.
