Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• LNA Education Certificate and competency testing results required by NH Board of Nursing.
• Current NH LNA license required; BLS certification also required.

Responsibilities

• Provides activities of daily living and personal care under Rn guidance.
• Performs technical skills related to patient care under RN supervision.
• Documents care and reports patient status to RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies.
• Demonstrates time management and efficient workflow.
• Maintains clean and safe patient care areas.
• Receives delegated work following the five rights of delegation.
• Precept new employees as assigned.
