Inner Light Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. Work Environment

The work setting is primarily remote, allowing our counselors to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes or offices. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately ascertain clients' mental health needs and evaluate their mental and emotional well-being.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and address their specific challenges.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that best suit the needs of a diverse clientele.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population encompasses a wide array of individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Light Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses.
