Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards in clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients.
• Experience working with healthcare teams and EMR/telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, couples, and groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing treatment outcomes through shared insights and strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
