• Current SLP license/certification required on hire.

• Proficient with basic computer systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implements the speech language therapy treatment plan.
• Selects appropriate treatment activities to progress patients toward goals.
• Revises goals with patient/family input.
• Provides discharge instructions and referrals to community resources as appropriate.
• Acts as a referral source for staff and families.
